I Hate Myself was a band from Florida in the late 90's. They "poked fun" at other emo/screamo bands from the 90's at that time with their song titles, and the name of the band itself. Nonetheless I Hate Myself is probably in my top ten favorite bands of all time, and this album is in my top five favorite albums of all time.
